1. Pre-order Question

    • How much does shipping cost?

    Most of our items ship for free to the Contiguous United States. For more information on FEZIBO shipping policy, click here.
    • When will my order be shipped?
    Most of our in-stock orders ship in 4 business days. And for back-ordered items, shipping timeframes are updated in real-time, please check the selections carefully when you place an order.
    • How long does it take to ship and can it be expedited?
    Delivery time within the United States is 5-8 days. Due to COVID-19, shipping times may vary. In addition, the expedited service is temporarily unavailable.
    • Where will my items ship from?
    We ship items from warehouses in the United States.
    • Which areas are covered by logistics?Which areas do you support for delivery?
    Most of our items ship for free to anywhere in the lower 48 United States.Shipping to Puerto Rico, or any country other than the U.S., please contact us at service@fezibo.com, delivery time may be up to 30 days or more.Shipping to P.O. Boxes、Alaska or Hawaii is NOT available.Shipping to APO/FPO and International addresses is not currently available as a standard option. Please call or e-mail for the status and charges for your specific location.
    • When will the out-of-stock items arrive?
    If you want to know the arrival time of out-of-stock items, you can send an email to service@fezibo.com. We will respond within 24 hours.
    • Will my order be delivered in multiple parcels?
    Multiple items under the same order may be shipped in multiple parcels from different warehouses. In addition, standing desks such as Aeris and Brasa which support personalisation will be divided into two packages shipping to you. (one is for desktop, the other is for the desk frame).
    • Can you request a vacation hold or customize my delivery?

    • Does my order go by courier or freight? Which carriers are available?
    We offer FREE shipping via UPS/USPS/FedEx to the Contiguous United States for most products.

    • Can I cancel my order? How to cancel an order?(non-receipt of goods/temporary reversal)

    • How to modify an order? ——Modify address/phone/add note information, etc.
    If you would like to change your order details please contact us via service@fezibo.com as soon as possible before the delivery starts.
    • How to check order shipping status?
    We will automatically send you an email notification when an order is fulfilled and when the fulfilled order’s tracking number is updated. You can check the status of your order by clicking "View your order" in the email or by using the tracking number in the email to check the website of the corresponding carrier.
    • Why didn't my items arrive together?
    Multiple items under the same order may be shipped in multiple parcels from different warehouses. In addition, standing desks such as Aeris and Brasa which support personalisation will be divided into two packages shipping to you. (one is for desktop, the other is for the desk frame). Therefore, these packages may not arrive at the same time.
    • My item arrived damaged, what should I do?

    You are eligible to return any item within 60 days of receipt with the 60-Day Money Back Policy that applies to the continental United States.

    You are eligible to return any item within 60 days of receipt with the 60-Day Money Back Policy that applies to the continental United States.If for any reason you do not want your item within 60 days of receipt, you can also contact us for a return and refund.     • What happens to the tax on refunds?

    3. Product Question

      • What is the difference between the desktop of the desks supporting desktop/frame matching(e.g. Aeris & Brasa series) and regular desks?
      Compared to our regular desks, the desktop of our desktop/frame matching standing desks (e.g. Aeris & Brasa series) has been upgraded from separate boards to whole boards. This eliminates the inconvenience of splice the separate boards and makes the desktop stronger and more aesthetically pleasing.
      • What is the difference between the frame of the desks supporting desktop/frame matching(Aeris & Brasa series) and regular desks?
      Compared with ordinary desks, the frames of our desktop/frame matching standing desks (e.g. Aeris & Brasa series) are available in a wider choice of colors and functions. And the frame can be stretched and shortened to fit various sizes of table tops.
      • What is the difference between the keypad of the desks supporting desktop/frame matching (Aeris & Brasa series) and regular desks?
      Compared with ordinary desks, the keypad of our desktop/frame matching standing desks (e.g. Aeris & Brasa series) have a wider selection of features for hand controls, such as child lock (keypad lock function), USB & Type-C, sedentary reminder, etc. In these series you can choose the frame with the function that meets your needs where the hand controller is located.
      • What is the keypad lock function(child lock) and how to use it?
      You can use this feature to lock the keyboard of your standing desk to avoid the trouble of accidental touching by your children or pet friends.
      In the case of Advanced Keypad (e.g. Aeris & Brasa series standing desk), you can press the button indicated in the picture below for 3 seconds until the display shows "LOC" to lock your desk. After locking, press this button for 3 seconds until the display lights up to unlock your desk.

      • What is the memory function and how to use it?
      Memory function can remember your preferred standing table height setting, so you can easily stand up and sit down. For most regular FEZiBO standing desks, we configured the following keypad. You can refer to the following picture to set the memory button.

      • What is the anti-collision function and what does it do?
      When the desktop encounters any obstacle in its path, the desktop will immediately move a distance in the opposite direction. This can avoid damage caused by the collision of the desk and items. The following graph can help you understand the anti-collision function more intuitively.

      • How to set the maximum height and minimum height of the standing desk?
      Different keypads operate in different ways. Take Advanced Keypad (e.g. Aeris&Brasa series standing desk) as an example:
      Set min height: lower your desk to the desired minimum height, press down "M" and simultaneously "▼" for 5 seconds until the display shows flashing "222" to save your min height.
      Set max height: raise your desk to the desired maximum height, press down "M" and simultaneously "▲" for 5 seconds until the display shows flashing "111" to save your max height.
      Cancel height limits: press down "M" and simultaneously the button indicated in the picture for 5 seconds until the display shows flashing "333" to cancel height limits.

      4.Designing My FEZiBO Standing Desk

      • Does it matter if I buy accessories now or later?
      Some of our desks accessories are not sold separately, so you must purchase accessories with your standing desks, traditional tables or gaming desks.
      • How do I build my own personalized FEZiBO Standing Desk and select my options?
      Start by selecting one of our desks that support desktop/frame matching (e.g. the Alice & Brasa series), then through the selection options in "Customize Desk" to select your desktop, frame and keypad. You will see your desk image change as you select options. Then click "Add Accessories" to view our extensive list of desk accessory options.
      To find out what options are best for you, you can click the "?" symbol in the list to get more information about the options. In addition, you can also learn more about this product through the "Description", "Spaces/Assembly", "Warranty/Return" and "Reviews/Q&A" areas of the product page.
      • How do I add accessories to my desk?
      After you have made your primary desk selection in "Customize Desk", go ahead and click "Add Accessories" to select the accessories you want. We will show you dozens of types of accessories that can help improve your productivity and comfort, organize your workspace, power your devices, and much more.

      5. Warranty/Troubleshooting/Installation

      • Where can I find the instructions for assembling the product?
      Every product includes a printed copy of the assembly instructions. If you need to read or download the electronic copy on the "Spaces/Assembly" tab of the particular product page on our website. To view all desk instructions, visit our Assembly Instructions page.
      • How can I get help if I have questions about the assembly?
      You can view the printed copy of the assembly instructions in our product package. If you cannot find the instructions or have misplaced them, you can also view or download an electronic copy on the "Spaces/Assembly" tab of the particular product page on our website.       • What tools will I need to put together my desk?
      You will need an Allen Keys (which we include in the pakage) to assemble the frame and a Phillips screwdriver/Electric Drill to attach the frame to your desktop. Visit our Assembly Instructions page to view our desk instructions.
      • Roughly how long should it take to assemble?
      We usually say that it takes about 20 minutes to assemble a product quickly and about 1.5 hours for other products. But it may take more or less time, depending on the tools you use, how much experience you have assembling things and how handy you are.
      • Does my desktop come pre-drilled so it is easily attached to the frame?
      The table top has pre-drilled holes so that you can easily attach screws to the corresponding frame.
      • My desk stopped working. What can I do?
      In most cases, no. You may just have to do a simple reset of your control box. See our assembly instructions for details. You can view the printed copy of the assembly instructions in our product package. If you cannot find the instructions or have misplaced them, you can also view or download an electronic copy on the "Spaces/Assembly" tab of the particular product page on our website.       • I have a problem with one of my products—is it covered by warranty?
      Under normal use, the main parts and components of all height-adjustable desks are guaranteed for 5 years (calculated from the time when the product is delivered to the user), the motor quality is guaranteed for 2 years, and the electronic components are guaranteed for 2 years.
